A Persian is a quiet cat that shows activity like a kitten. She will push out next to you, sleep in your bed, and try to sit on your lap. Generally, she has no mood swings and is friendly with everyone. They are loving and want attention but they’re not the type of cat who demands constant attention. They really enjoy the company of new people.

Persian Cats in Art

They are famous for their loving nature, color, and eyes. Some artists also made portraits of Persian cats due to their beauty. The usual Persian cat’s lifespan is 10t to 15 years. With any type of breed, Persian cats are liable for health problems. So their owners should be aware of them. Two diseases in Persian cats including progressive retinal atrophy (PRA) and polycystic kidney disease (PKD) are common. Polycystic kidney disease leads to chronic renal failure in Persian cats. Keep your cat’s health checkup twice a month to prevent diseases.
